Need help with Refrakt? I'm happy to assist.

Please include your iPhone model and iOS version, the Refrakt version from its App Store page, and a short description of what happened — plus the level code from the top-left of the board, such as LV 4-17, if it's about a specific puzzle. I typically reply within a few business days.
Common questions
Open the Full Spectrum screen and tap Restore Purchase, making sure you're signed in to the same Apple Account you bought with. Full Spectrum is a one-time purchase and restores for free on every device on that account. If it still doesn't unlock, email me.
On your iPhone. Refrakt has no accounts and no server, and this version doesn't sync through iCloud, so deleting the app erases your stars and solved levels. The purchase lives with your Apple Account and can always be restored, but the progress itself cannot — keep that in mind before deleting the app or resetting the device.
Every level gives one star for solving it. A second comes from solving it with no more pieces than the TARGET shown under the level number — you're given one spare, so the target is always reachable. The third asks you to also graze the hidden gold mote, a small dot somewhere on the board: route the winning beam straight through it and all three stars land at once.
Every level has a SOLVE button under the board that reveals its solution — tap it, then confirm, so it can't fire by accident. Nothing is taken away from you for using it. The ? button in the top-right opens the field manual, and tapping any optic already on the board opens that element's page; holding a piece in the tray does the same.
A turntable only ever has one orientation at a time, and every level is checked to be solvable within a single beat. If receivers are lit in different phases the puzzle isn't solved — they all have to hold in the same one. Watch the beat and read what the status line says while each phase is active.
Yes. Refrakt is fully translated into all seven languages and follows your iPhone's language automatically. To change it, go to iOS Settings › Apps › Refrakt › Language, or change your device language. Level names stay in English on purpose — they're titles, not instructions.
Refrakt has no separate sound switch: it follows your device. Turn the volume down, use the silent switch, or play with another app's audio — the game's tones and drone stop with it. If you'd like an in-app toggle, tell me; it's an easy addition if people want it.
None of the three. Chapters 1–2 are free, one purchase unlocks the rest, and nothing in the game is on a clock.
Please tell me the level code from the top-left of the board (for example LV 6-13) and what you were seeing. Every one of the 400 levels was machine-verified as solvable, so if one isn't behaving I want to know.
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by me. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose the purchase. If something about the game caused it, I'd be glad to hear what.
