Please include your device and iOS or macOS version, the Savora version (Settings › About), and a short description of the issue — plus the recipe link if an import went wrong. I typically reply within a few business days.
Common questions
Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore Purchases, making sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account you bought it with. If it still doesn't unlock, email me and I'll help.
Savora reads structured recipe data from most major recipe sites, but some pages don't publish it or block automated reading. Send me the link and I'll look into supporting it.
On your device, and synced through your own iCloud account so your collection stays in step across your Apple devices. Savora has no accounts and no server of its own — see the privacy policy for details.
Check that both devices are signed in to the same Apple Account, that iCloud is enabled for Savora in system settings under your name › iCloud, and that both are online. Syncing can take a moment after a large change. If they still don't appear, email me.
Deleting a recipe in the app removes it from your device and from iCloud. To remove everything, delete your recipes in the app before deleting Savora — deleting the app alone leaves the iCloud copy in place, which you can also remove in your device's iCloud settings.
The free version holds up to 10 recipes. Savora Pro unlocks unlimited recipes, URL importing, and recipe scanning, and comes in three options: a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription, or a one-time purchase that unlocks Savora Pro for good. Current prices are shown in the app and on the App Store.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by Savora. Open your Apple Account subscription settings to switch between monthly and yearly or to cancel. The one-time purchase never expires, so there is nothing to cancel.
